Backup not working

The backup  is done like the following steps:

1. The compressed file is taken from the program files, decompressed and transferred to open file location - data

2. Click on the icon backup shown in the picture

3. When you open the icon appears screen we press the program and choose show settings

4. Opens another screen Backup settings enter the company name and then press help and choose activate license

5. After activating the version, press update modules

6. Services are then selected

7. The databases paths are then pressed

The data is then selected

The back-up is then chosen

The changes are then saved

Then press program and choose hide settings and backup is done
