and the archive is divided according to the type of the document where it is arranged according to the selected type (company papers - guarantees - banks - Customers, suppliers, contractors, employees, etc.), 

allowing you within the system to be an electronic archiving of each document in the company. This helps to secure the documents from loss or damage, as well as the establishment of a strong company within the program From start to finish
